  • SEM: Conductor announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire real-time website auditing and monitoring solution ContentKing, with plans to implement ContentKing’s technology within the Conductor platform as an organic marketing solution for enterprises.
  • FINTECH: TransUnion has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Verisk Financial Services, the financial services business unit of Verisk, and with this acquisition, TransUnion intends to provide enhanced insights and solutions to help consortium members increase financial inclusion, acquire new accounts, and improve fraud prevention, risk management and targeting.
  • LEAD GEN: Drip announced its acquisition of Sleeknote, a cloud-based provider of forms and on-site engagement tools, and together will unify the customer experience across a brand’s marketing channels – website, email and SMS.
