  • EMAIL: Match my Email extends its email integration service with the release of a new Calendar Sync Module for Office 365 and Salesforce.
  • COMMUNICATIONS: Vyopta, Collaboration Intelligence provider announced the addition of real-time quality monitoring for Cisco Webex Meetings, that will also help to manage hybrid remote and in-office collaboration. 
  • eCOMMERCE: Provider of cloud-based e-commerce solutions ChannelAdvisorannounced platform enhancements created to optimize retail product content and increase the efficiency of operations. 


  • DIGITAL CONTENT: People-first Digital agency Click Rain and visual content firm Lemonly have joined forces and will operate as sister companies to expand their services and broaden their reach.
  • ENGAGEMENT: Hootsuite acquired Sparkcentral, a customer engagement tool that enables one-on-one messaging via social channels to enhance and connect all aspects of the customer care workflow. 
  • DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION: consultancy 7Summits has been acquired by IBM to deepen their consulting expertise and drive digital transformations for salesforce clients.
  • PPM: Planview has announced it will be acquiring Clarizen and Changepoint, enterprise Project Portfolio Management providers, that will provide a much needed unique platform that enables organizations to better collaborate, deliver, and thrive in the world of working digitally.
